Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of websites, applications, reports, private walkthroughs, audit reports, app access, and paid services operated by Fast Data Secrets LLC, DBA 77 Rules. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service scope

77 Rules helps identify dashboard integrity risks in executive dashboards, board decks, and AI-accelerated BI workflows. The audit system evaluates screenshots, context fields, and related materials against dashboard design and analytical integrity rules, publicly described as 77 rules plus 15 bonus integrity checks.

Private walkthroughs, paid audits, Sprints, Tune-Ups, and BI CoE / Enterprise Integrity Engagements may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, order form, or written agreement. If a signed project agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed project agreement controls for that paid engagement.

2. AI-assisted analysis

The service uses AI vision models and rule-based logic to surface potential dashboard integrity issues. AI systems can make mistakes, omit issues, flag false positives, and produce variable results. Results are advisory and must be reviewed by qualified people inside your organization before business action is taken.

Some serious issues cannot be determined from a screenshot, including data pipeline errors, business logic errors, calculation methodology problems, metric definition disputes, access-control issues, and context-dependent interpretation errors.

3. Privacy and dashboard handling

Private walkthrough booking details are collected through Calendly for scheduling and follow-up. Do not upload dashboards through this website. Bring the dashboard to the walkthrough or use the app review flow when appropriate.

Logged-in app access may retain uploaded dashboards, thumbnails, scores, generated findings, reports, metadata, context fields, and timestamps so you can review prior results. You can delete uploaded dashboards and reports from active app storage. Deletion from active storage may not immediately remove residual copies from encrypted automated backups. Backup copies age out through scheduled backup rotation.

To deliver the service, uploaded dashboard images and related inputs may be transmitted to paid production AI APIs from providers such as OpenAI and Google Gemini for visual analysis. Provider terms, retention, abuse monitoring, and data processing obligations are governed by each provider's current policies.

4. Your content and authorization

You retain ownership of dashboards, screenshots, chart images, context responses, and supporting materials you provide. You represent that you have the right to provide those materials to 77 Rules and that your organization permits the applicable third-party processing workflow.

Do not provide dashboards containing personally identifiable information, protected health information, payment card data, classified information, restricted trade secrets, or content subject to contractual or regulatory restrictions unless you have authorization to process that content through the service.

We will not use identifiable dashboard images in public examples, marketing, sales proof, or case studies without your written permission. If you grant written permission, that permission defines the permitted scope of use.

5. Accounts and app access

Certain app features require an account. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms, violates law, creates security risk, or abuses the service.

Post-engagement team or app access may include shared history, seat access, usage metadata, and team administration features. A team administrator may manage invited users and may have access to team-shared audit content and account activity.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Upload content you are not authorized to share or process.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, copy, or bypass prompts, rule definitions, scoring logic, access controls, rate limits, or payment controls.
• Use bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or bulk access methods without written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute audit reports or service outputs without a written agreement.

7. Intellectual property

All software, workflows, prompts, rule definitions, scoring methods, branding, reports, layouts, documentation, and service materials are owned by Fast Data Secrets LLC or its licensors. “77 Rules,” “Dashboard Integrity Audit,” “Dashboard Integrity Sprint,” “Case Files,” and related marks may not be used without written permission.

8. Payment, refunds, and cancellation

Paid services, app access, and subscriptions are billed as stated at purchase, in the signed proposal, or in the applicable order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a written agreement, order form, checkout page, refund policy, or project proposal.

Subscription cancellation terms are presented at purchase or inside the billing workflow. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for the current period unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Audit credits, Sprint credits, or other promotional credits apply only when expressly stated in a written proposal or checkout page. The standard Board Deck Integrity Audit credit is governed by the written audit proposal.

9. No professional advice

Outputs are decision-support materials, not legal, financial, accounting, statistical, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing findings, validating data, checking assumptions, consulting your internal subject matter experts, and deciding whether to act on any output.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that scores, findings, reports, or recommendations will be accurate, complete, consistent, uninterrupted, or error-free. We do not warrant that all dashboard risks, data issues, business-logic errors, or decision risks will be detected.

11. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, business-interruption, reputational, or similar damages, even if we were advised that such damages were possible.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fast Data Secrets LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your uploaded content, or your violation of third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay required fees, or misuse the service. Sections concerning content authorization, privacy, intellectual property, payment, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
